In honor of Father's Day, I've decided to make a journal about the many "Dad jokes" that my Dad has so lovingly bestowed on me, making me laugh, poker face, and occasionally causing me to want to bang my head against a wall. ^.^ I may not be able to remember them all, but heck I'm gonna try. Love you Dad!

Me: I'm so freaked out, I don't know what to do! etc. etc.
Dad: *Looks at me and raises arm* You've just gotta... let it go.
Me: 

Me: Hey what's for dinner?
Dad: Food.
Me: Ok... What kind of food??
Dad: Good food. 
Me: *face-table*

Me: *Looking at pictures online* These are SO cool! And they're really well done too! I wonder what they used to take them? (meaning what kind of camera etc.)
Dad: A camera.
Me:  

While looking for pools in the park district... I like lap swimming what can I say?
Dad: Hey, there's a really big pool about 5 miles East of here if you're interested.  
Me: *looks at picture on screen* (I thought it was the one featured on the page) Hey, yeah that's cool!
Dad: Do you want to see it?
Me: YEAH!
Dad: Pulls up Yahoo! Maps (of all things)  and mouses over the lake.
Me: Wait... it's in the lake?  (it was early this morning, don't judge haha!) 
Dad: Yup! Open 24-7, plus it's free! Except the water's a bit chilly, about 60 degrees now. But it'll work!
Me: :bademoticon: 

My Dad actually "borrowed" this one from my grandma 
*Yappy dog across the alley decides to start barking AGAIN*
Dad: Wow, he must be having a "RUFF" day.
Me:  *tries not to laugh*
